By accessing and using GPUPulse ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
GPUPulse provides real-time pricing information for GPU compute resources across multiple cloud providers. We aggregate and display pricing data to help users make informed decisions about compute resource allocation.
3. Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information, GPUPulse does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed. Pricing information is subject to change by the respective providers without notice.
4. API Usage
API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas. Excessive usage that impacts service availability may result in temporary or permanent suspension of API access.
5. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
GPUPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our service.
